What Can Give My Cockerpoo To Stop Her Scratching

She’s go no fleas but suffers from ‘doggy’ eczema, I’ve tried a half of antihistamine tablet ( Piriton) but that hasn’t helped
Any ideas ?

Sorry Bobbi missed your question - yes that's the one. Although my dogs are only small they have quite a thick neck so I get the large dog collar and cut off the excess as the small dog one fits very snugly. (Tip of the day - any excess cut off can be put in your hoover which will carry on working to kill any fleas you hoover up should there be any).
