Caddice fly...

Hi client, Looks like it could be a china mark moth or may be a ddisca fly. Do you know what the larvae look like ?

.....or Caddis Fly in the uk.

I think some of us may be just a little worse for wear today Client, so please be gentle ;-)
could be a sedge,mayfly or any of the other hundreds of species of insect can you give me more info like colour because caddis flies are quite large compaired to say red tags (small midge like flies that are often seen near water courses in swarms)
