Why do some in the commenters in this TY video  say that this is cute, or looks completely harmless to us. But to the bird it is incredibly terrifying,  I personally don’t see anything scary about this, could someone please enlighten me?

More specifically, I’m not referring to the music or the fact that the human freed the bird, I am referring more so to the human picking up the bird. I mean, if you were scared wouldn’t you fight back or escape? I didn’t see the bird doing any of that, etc.

Can someone please explain these two comments to me?

This is the comment I am referring to, can someone please explain what is meant by both of them? What is so scary about this? And in the second comment what did they mean by “ crush me with a snap”

It's cute for us, but for a bird... The titan literally grabbed her and went somewhere.

too, would also scream my lungs out if I was grabbed by a gigantic entity that could crush me with just a snap

I guess they were looking at it from the bird's perspective.

It would be very easy to crush that bird to death with one hand, their skeletons are light and flimsy.

When birds feel threatened they warn others and try to scare off the threat by making loud alarm calls, exactly as this bird is doing.

You seem to have a good command of the English language so I don't understand why you are have difficulties with those comments.

I didn't see anything cute in the video, the bird was captured and held in the proper way and removed from the property.

Its a young Starling

The aternatives are to leave the bird to find its own way out, when it might possibly starve to death in the process or to try to drive it out and end up with it flapping all over the place and, possibly, injuring itself.

I had a sparrow under my floorboards once, no idea how it got there.  Hell of game to rescue it.

Barry. That's what I'm saying. In that first comment The Person said that it was cute and talked about a titan?

Question Author

Barry, I still would have thought that the bird would defend or trying to escape. It didn't try even a little bit which was very surprising
