Yesterday my cat was off his food and was meowing pitifully.

I took him to the vet this morning and she said his bladder was full and the blockage needed to be cleared.

I got a call from them a few minutes ago saying he'd died.

You never know the minute, man or beast.

RIP, Floki.

I am sorry to hear that your cat has died, sandyRoe.

Our companion animals are members of our family.

It is hard to say goodbye to them, and especially in such a rapid and unexpected way.

I am sure you have some lovely memories of your cat, and I hope you can find comfort in those.

I'm going tomorrow to Cats Protection to collect an all black 🐈‍⬛ called DJ.

She's described as a house cat so no worries about her getting lost.

So sorry to hear that Floki has passed away, its an awful shock when something unexpected happens but I'm so glad to see you've found a little feline friend, they are the best company, I would be lost without my Ziggi xx

I go this afternoon to see her, then there's a visit from the cats protection people. If they're happy with the arrangements I might have her here before the weekend.
