A very cold but bright one here. Had a very unsettled nights sleep - kept having bad dreams. Really vivid ones, and whilst not quite nightmares they weren't very nice. Don't know why . Have woken up with a rotten headache. Have loads to do today so hope headache goes soon. Looks pretty clear outside so hope that the sunshine stays.

Good morning all.  It's lovely here in Hove with the sun shining and a gentle breeze, lovely but very cold.  Dog stuck his head out of the door and shot straight back in.  He's due for a walk shortly so he'll be wrapped up in one of his warm coats.  I hope your headache has gone now Smow and you have a good day.

Morning all. I am trying to stay out of the way of my lovely cleaning lady who is going to have a go at blitzing my kitchen, spring cleaning beckoning ever closer worse luck.

Its bright but cold here. The lanes are clogged with mud so the dog has come back from his walk with a very mucky under carrage.

Hope your headache improves quickly Smow.

Sunny but cold here on the Algarve. 12 today. Half term flights are full coming this way but daughter and grandaughter flew to UK yesterday on an almost empty plane. Grandaughter has her first hands on training week for Equine physiotherapy. She does the classwork on line and a week practical every three months.

Good morning all. Reasonable here and not too cold. Perhaps you ought to have a word with your doctor Smow about the medication you are on. The inter- actions can sometimes cause adverse reactions like your trouble sleeping and the vivid dreams.

Stuck in today waiting for deliveries, (if I'd have thought about I could have organised a food delivery as well) but at least it makes sure I get out tomorrow. I honestly thought, from watching weather reports on TV, that it was going to be colder and maybe snowy.
