Trump Transgender Mice Claim

Trump this week doubled down on his claim that Biden doled out £8million on research to make mice transgender.

The fact checkers have since shown he got the wrong end of the stick bigly.  The aspect that made me laugh was a confusion between transgender and transgenic. (Reminded me of the paedophile/paediatrician mistake someone once made).

 Transgenic mice are not transgender mice- they are genetically modified mice that “have had DNA from another source put into their DNA,” according to the National Cancer Institute. These kinds of mice are used to study how certain diseases might affect humans.

And Musk's claim about   social security being paid out to 150 year olds. Turns out that it's a computer issue- when the DOB isn't known or while it's being sought- the programmes set a dummy date of something like 1870

I'm sure it is hilarious if you approve of trangenic(gene manipulation) experiments in helpless animals in the name of profit. We are already having milk sold to us from gene manipulated cattle herds(transgenic) and I for one don't find that funny at all. If Trump in his blunt way gets the ignorant to take notice of these frankenstein procedures he is doing his work, unlike our own gatekeepers who take the bribe and keep stum.

he got it wrong and everyone knows he got it wrong. but of course in a personality cult the leader cannot be mistaken so he doubles down on his false claim and it becomes a test of loyalty for his followers to repeat it.

Some people have analysed Trump’s behaviour, suggesting that there is some cognitive decline (with age) – while this might explain some, Trump has behaved like this for many years.

 

But it is obvious why; throughout his life he has always been in a position where virtually no one would question his pronouncements to his face.

 

Imagine if he was a mate of yours, spouting such nonsense to a group of friends down the pub – he would quickly gain the moniker ‘BS Trump’ (or something worse) with people continually taking the urine out of him.

 

As a result of not experiencing this, Trump is continually sprouting nonsense, probably thinking it’s amazing – everyone around me is so stupid, they believe everything I say.
