Cats Eye

Hi can anyone give me some advice on one of my cats. She is around 7 years old and has always been a very very nervous cat one of those cats that run away as you approach her nevertheless I leave her to her own devices. However over the last couple of weeks one of her eyes seem to be changing colour with a red circle around the eye there is nothing weeping from the eye so at the moment one eye is green and the other one seems brownish in colour. She is not off her food but even more nervous that she has been. Has anyone experienced this problem with any of their cats. Thankyou

Take it to the vet. It is obviously not well.
