As for juice dear .I am banana and strawberry smoothie ...Gin is on the back burner ..it don't mix with arthritis pills !
Not that they seem to be doing much good ...I still feel like a herd of heffalumps have jumped all over me .

Would appreciate a wrist warmer this size next!! Am actually wearing them with my pj's, they are amazing little things. Have been out for dinner (marmoset in the Gallery, we were the only ones there), and we wore hats, scarves, gloves and big jackets - it is really cold here, windscreens all iced up`- Wow I love it!!!!

Hello each Hope you're all ok. Champagne Super Nova Shaney Love it.!
Went to our usual watering hole last night and saw a young married couple called 2 Groove, they came from Birmingham and were very good. I know it was backing tapes but they harmonised real well. Didn't get to bed till 2 and I've cleaned right through again. My house thinks it's it's birthday. I'm really tired now but the trouble is if I go to bed I will be awake at 4 and who wants to get up at that time in the morning. Anyway hope you all have a good night. See you tomorrow.
