there is no real sure way of knowing at first (unless you got to the vet for a scan of course) cats are pregnant for around 9 weeks and once they get to about 6 weeks it becomes quite obvious as the belly swells! when birth is imminant you'll notice that your cat will start searching in corners and cupboards for a safe place to have the kittens and you may also notice milk leaking from her nipples. good luck, let me know how & if it progresses.
