overactive goldfish

One of the the childrens goldfish seems hyperactive and surfaces at regular intervals for a couple of seconds at a time. It actually seems to be swimming OK but non-stop. Any advice please?

hello my 3 goldfish all surface regulary and for a long time it seem like they rae blowing bubbles or getting foood from the surface of the water? is this what yours does ????

We have tried goldfish medicine and it seems to have done the trick, but thankyou for responding.
