I remember seeing a vet programme a couple of years ago where I think they said they could treat leukemia with chemotherapy quite well. It doesn't have the same result as humans in that they don't lose their hair etc and seem to keep quite well during treatment. I do remember they said that the chemicals they use on dogs is very poisionous indeed to people and when giving it ,the people had to be really careful not to get the stuff on their skin. The dog came out the other side of the treatment 100% cured. I remember being quite impressed at the time as they said that most dogs can be treated for leukemia, not like people. Probably best to ask your vet about it. I hope your little dog gets better.
