I have a now 9 week old puppy, but she keeps eating her poo..........disgusting i know, is this normal????
Ive been told its got lots of vitamins and minerals in, has it?? Will she grow out of it??

someone posted this about a kitten the the other day. its called coprophagia and yes, they usually grow out of it. there are tablets you put in their food which makes the poo taste bad (not that poo tastes good of course!) Its fairly common amongst puppies.

my dog when she was a pup used to have a habit of eating my sons poo when he was a toddler running round without his nappy on! disgusting!

if you make a mix of garlic and pineapple and mix it in their food the problem will soon cease because the 2 mixed make poo very unpleasant to their taste-buds cheers garf
