Do you cut their hair in front of the eyes? Do you put them on your car with the windows down and the wind blowing straight to its face?

Dogs' eyes are very sensitive. What sort of dogs are they? Apart from getting the vet to treat them, maybe you should ask them why and how to stop this from happening again.

Give them lots of clean water to drink and make them stay inside for a while until they get better before taking them out again. Also, try to separate the ones who gets them first from the others to stop the infection from spreding to the others.

Hope they get better soon.
