No, frogs don't burp. Unlike mammals, frogs have the trachea and esophagus come right up to the throat separately - just like birds.
Burping is gas that is expelled by the stomach past the voicebox (where the burping sound is made) through the throat and then the mouth.
A frog is insectivorous in its diet and this does not ferment in the stomach. Even if it did, the air would just expel into the mouth, a frog's sound comes through the trachea which is separate.
