You don't say whether you want a dog that does not moult because you don't like clearing up dog hair (in which case get a stuffed toy dog) or because you think it will not cause a problem for someone who is allergic. However, it is not the dog hair that causes the problem, it is dander (dried, dead skin) that comes off ALL dogs. Labradoodles and even the hairless breeds can cause a problem, that is why Guide Dogs stopped using them, as there was no real advantage. Nowadays people have jumped on the 'designer dog' bandwagon and as electricblue points out, charge an extortionate price for what is in effect a mongrel.
