Weight Limit

I have been riding a Welsh Section D roughly 14 hands and i weigh just over 12 stone - is this too much for him - just been hacking and a few sponsored rides.

Hi Chriss - I own a welsh section D, a very strong, meaty pony, very capable and i am not exactly sylph like ! She is far stronger than me and never sems to tire on long hacks, if anything i get tired before she does, she is like a bullet when she gallops, very fast, very forward but i love her , she is also 15.4 HH and 15 y/o - so no, you are not too heavy for this type of stocky, high spirited, giving pony - providing you are both fit.
