my dog is due within the next week, she has clear discharge is this normal????

I think it's just her body's way of cleaning the birth canal, taking out any dead skin or other matter which may have found its way in there.

If you are worried, give your vet a quick call, they will rerssure you.

I've cast my mind back to the days when I had a bitch who pupped - as i recall, the birth canal has a plug of clear mucus in it, which prevents any foreign bodies from getting stuck - the music plug liquifies and discharges before birth, taking any detritus with it - that should be what's happening now, but any problem, tell the vet to be sure.
