cats keep out

This may sound like a silly question but is there an easy way of keeping cats out of my garden, without having to build a higher fence and getting an air rifle, they bloody pee in my garden it stinks and i dont think its healthy for my young children to play. I've never liked cats but would never harm them. any humain suggestions please. thanx

Find the owner! Only a Tom cats pee smells, we had it a few years ago around here, the owner would not get their Tom cat neutered, so we rang the cats protection and they went round and offered to pay for it to be done, as the Tom was also attacking other cats , they accepted and the Tom is no longer a Tom so no wee smell!
