where do all the bones from dead birds, squirels and other animals that die go. There must be thousands of birds dieing every day.

When my cat kills and eats mice or birds she eats everything, the whole body, feathers or fur, skin and bones. All dead small animals are eaten by slightly larger animals and if the bones are left they are scattered in the process, as they are usually broken into fragments they soon disappear into the earth.
