It is possible, but a very expensive business. The testes/ovaries are internal in birds and it is very dangerous to anesthetise them, so that means one vet to do the operation plus one to moniter the patient's welfare.

Why would you want to anyway? Do you have a particularly aggressive duck?

I have 2 male ducks and 1 female and they just won't leave her alone. I would like to keep all 3 as pets but not if they can't leave her alone.
