mollymoo, those kind of questions are not a valid way of interviewing somebody and to my knowledge, any kind of list of what means what has no psychological research validity. They are a way for interviewers to feel smarter than the people they are interviewing and should be treated with the contempt such ploys deserve. I interview for staff for my organisation on a regular basis and am required to ask fair and objective questions.Such twaddle as this is banned. I do not mean to be offensive, but I see this as an abuse of the interviewee.
