we have an 4 week old rabbit still with its mom but last night the mom was laying on the top of the little one laying on her back and her legs were flying everywhere do you think she was trying to kill it we have moved the little one for now x

oops you probably got to close to it, rabbits are very protective of their young and if they think they're being threatened they will kill and eat (no, really) the babies. i doubt you'll be able to reunite mother and baby until it is independent, which means you're in for a lot of hard work looking after it!

do not put it back with mum she will kill it, she was prob actually jus avin a mad half hr wif it not intending to hurt it at all, rabbits usually make excellent mums.
