its cacking all over the place

my cat goes outside and cacks all over the place on the lawn on the footpaths up trees on the dustbin it even cacked in my lawnlowers grass bin .i have tried everything even stop cacking tablets from the vets but they didnt work he just ate the lot one night .once the milkman knocked on my door and said your cats just cacked on my seat in the milk float its so embarresing its very clean in the house so i cant understand why it does it even the postman has to be careful were he leaves his postbag because the cat cacked in that too one day while he used our bathroom. i once saw the cat running up the garden after another cat and cacking at the same time i didnt know if the other cat was afraid of my cat or just plain scared it was going to be cacked on .can anyone help

Hi firstly i would like to wish you all a very happy new year from nottinghamshire .and thankyou for your comments regarding my cat cacking all over the place and yes been nutralized and been to the vets but i think hes just a naughty cat and a little devil in disguise .and now gone to live with my daughter in notts and told me he hasnt done anything like he was doing for days so perhaps he was territorial and there is quite a few cats were we live and none were my daughter is .thanks again regards and best wishes Ian
