Quite a few. These are animals where the oxygen in the blood is carried by a copper compund instead of the iron compund found in red-blooded animals.

Amongst the blue-blooded are, clams and mussels, squid and octopus, lobsters, crayfish, and crabs. Scorpions too. And, I think, woodlice.
