bird omens
4 Answers
My husband and I recently experienced a large volume of robins that were flying frantically around our house and burched in a large tree we have in the dead of winter. It was raining bird poop for about 20 minutes. We have lived here for 15 years and have never seen anything like this. We live in a subdivision and noticed the robins were only flying around our house. I have looked up bird omens on the net and we are either going to experience death, fire, or have a baby. I was hoping that someone had a little bit more concrete advice for us.
Thanks,

I would'nt worry about it being an ill fated omen or anything like that.
To set your mind at rest, it's probably nothing more than a flock of North American robins that have flocked together in a period of harsh weather with the soul aim of finding food and surviving. I've even noticed birds of different species will sometimes flock together in the winter, in the wood's near my home, I've seen large flocks of Chaffinches, blue tits, long tailed tit's, great tit's all converge on an area looking for seeds etc. Good Luck Tbird+
