We have a male german shorthaired pointer who is about 3 years old now - he was approx 18 months when we had him but he as a rescue dog so we do not know for sure. We now have a bitch a well and she is 14 months old but a lot lot smalr than he is - will she get any bigger or will she be full size by this age?

As with most large or working dogs, about 24 months...
Bitches should always be smaller than males, she may have another growth spurt but i suspect she's probably finished growing physically
I had one as a rescue at eighteen months. He never got any bigger till te day he died (miss you Flash) apart from around the stomach.
she has proberly got to her adult size now although she could go up a couple of cms but she shoud be smaller than the male
