Mty cat sometimes sniffs my nose when I bend to his level to stroke him, is he greeting me?

Definietly a greeting - you should feel very priveleged - especially if he starts to headbutt you. Apparently thats how cats greet each other so if you get headbutted on the nose it means you're his favourite person!!

headbutted? Not sure I follow you. Just rubbing using the side of his mouth and wet nose :)

I'd take that as a headbutt - mine does it too - but he actually bumps his forehead against my nose. Quite hard sometimes! He obviously loves you!

oh yeah now I follow you! Sometimes he does it but not that often. Still its nice to know that he really does like me. I hope he loves me as much as I love him *sigh*

I'm sure he does! These mogs are very good at winding us round their little toes!

I love dogs - but they always show how much they love you and most of the time they are just trying to keep in with the pack leader.

Cats only tell you that they love you when they REALLY love you. Your cat must love you loads.
