Sphinx Cats

Does anyone know if it is possible to get these cats in the UK and if so how much i should expect to pay for one? After that are they just like regular cats? thanks

Firstly they are very expensive can't find a UK price but in the US they are over $1000, but they are avaliable in the UK. However they are very difficult to look after as they need to be kept warm and can never go out side, in winter it would be far too cold and in summer their skin would burn.
