My dogs got sores on his legs, he nibbles and licks them into a small roundish patch which is ended up almost into bleeding stage. It goes then he'll make another one. There only on his lower part of his legs. Is there anything I could put on them or just head to the vets???

The vet is the only option - and very quickly as your poor animal is obviously in distress!

If ever in doubt about your dog's or any animals health, please seek professional medical advice. We can only say what we think in a strictly amateur capacity.
What breed is your dog? And does he spend long periods alone?

Best take him to the vet.
They are what is called a lick granuloma. It is more of a habit than anything else, and the vet will probably prescribe steroids to allow them to heal to break the cycle. You can try spraying with tea tree oil lotion but the vet will need to give you something.
and when he has finished the steroids, he could start all over again, which is what happened to my friends bitch. I have always found quistel to give almost immediate relief - one of mine started on her paws a few weeks ago, I left her for a week to see if she stopped it, which she didnt, so I sprayed some quistel on it, and she hasnt dont it since. You will need a visit to the vets to get it sorted initially though as it sounds as if it is raw, poor soul.
