Los Angeles based, but with a French name.. I would guess...American, of French descent ...?

Jules was born in former Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe) and spent his childhood in Kenia on his dad's farm. After a stint in Scotland (2 years), he returned to serve in the Rhodesian army. After the army, he assisted with a movie being shot on his dad's farm and decided to make the trip to Hollywood when the movie bug bit him.
