The cow would become very very uncomfortable!

The same as a human, she feels very uncomfortable and eventually the milk dries up.

im with ratter. If the milk is not drawn off her body will stop producing it as nature will assume the calf has stopped feeding. The process takes a few days when she will be full of milk until the body realizes that the calf has stopped drinking. This is why the cows have a calf and it is weaned early or given artificial milk then the cow is milked by machine to keep her producing it.
modern cows are geneticlly developed to produce far more milk than they would ever need to feed their calves and so if it is not milked from them they become very uncomfortable and some can get mastitis
