How do I get rid of those "colonies of Tiny Red Spiders!"

I have colonies of the tiniest red spiders multiplying and invading my outpoor patio late spring and more so now that we've reached 90 degree weather. I also found them nesting underneath the fold of our ingroud pool liner! If you just touch them with a napkin, they leave a reddish-orange stain yet seem impermeable to hot water or bug sprays. How do I get rid of them?

call pest control they will know what to do they will keep laying eggs till their are millions of them........
