He is in Many Tears Rescue:

How can anyone do that to a dog?

Please, anyone thinking of buying or getting a dog take a look here first. They have dogs of all sizes.

My God Kita, what are you trying to do to us? I cried bloody buckets over that! It was his eyes, i've never seen such sad looking eyes on a dog.

I'll look at the rest of the site after my tea, which I probably won't be able to eat now because of the lump in my throat.
It makes me feel like doing something extremely nasty and painful to somebody. All any pet wants is a bit of food and a bit of love and in return they'll give you unquestioning love, affection and loyalty. How people can treat animals like this is beyond belief but unfortunatly all to common
Well it's now after my tea and I showed Mr Boo this video and bloody cried again!

I've also looked at the other dogs and I've got to say I fell in love with Glade, the lopsided faced pitbull.

Sorry about that Boo!

It was just so sad and Rotties have such a bad reputation and bad press!!!

It made me cry to (and I am not a soft touch) I wish I lived nearer to them - I just wanted to pick him up, cuddle him and try and make up for all the hurt he has received at the hands of man.

Makes me ashamed to be human!
Totally agree with kita- not many things make my blood boil with rage, but animal cruelty of any kind does.

I'd dearly love to re-home a rescue dog, but I had to re-home my own dog of 8 years with my mum after he bit my 2yr old so i'm very reluctant to do this until she's much older. However Charley or Glade could make me change my mind quickly!
Oh kita, my heart broke over that...Was feeling very sorry for myself, I have tonsillitis and sunstroke! But that's out the window now. I wish I could take him...Don't think Jack would take to another male round the house though, and 2 is too many for now...
I hope someone takes him and gives him all the love in the world, and I hope whoever abused him feels that pain back tenfold.
x
Kita.
That video is absolutely heartbreaking.
How can any human being break a dog's spirit to that extent? Like the rest of the abers, I was in tears when I saw it.
That would bring tears to a glass eye!
I do hope that someone comes along and gives the dog a loving home that it deserves.
What a shame. It may take a while for it to get over the abuse it had to take in it's life.
Please, please keep us posted if possible.
To see such a brave and beautiful dog with such fear and sadness in his eyes is soul destroying. Words can not describe the painful death I wish upon his 'owner'.
Update from the Many Tears site....

10-07-07 UPDATE
Charley has hit lucky, a wonderful very dog savvy lady is going to foster him and help him rehabilitate. This gives us all a chance to see his true colours before he is adopted - and you never know, she may fall in love with our poor fellow. He is doing well and really enjoying his walks. He even comes to the front of his run to watch us but when we go in he runs to the rear again.

am so happy I'm crying.
Just watched Charlie, I hope he goes to a good home, poor thing.

These people at Many Tears are wonderful! Must have taken an enormous amount of work to get him to this stage.
