on holiday in portugal there was a bug thing in our room, it was greyish in colour, about half a centimetre long (at the most) and was rounded at the front and pointy at the back, it moved really quickly, does anyone have any idea what it might have been?

Could it have been a silverfish?

dont think so, had a look at some pictures of them and the one we saw didn't have so many pointy things coming out of it! (don't know the official term for them!)
