You have to buy a permit called an A.W.A.C licence. This permits you to fish Royden, Birkenhead Park, Arrowe Park, The Captains Pit and Woodsleigh in Bromborough. It will cost you �8 i think and you can get it from Wirral Angling on Church Road in Tranmere. As far as I know there are no bait restrictions.
