can any carp fishers recomend a good fishing line,l bought some Diawa sensor and it snaped 4 times one days fishing

not sure what line i use but it sounds as though yours may have a problem, diawa are normally very good. take it back and explain the problem and see if you can exchange it.

thanks webbo3 yes l took it back to another tackle shop and they thought it was faulty then took it back to the shop l purchased from they said it was OK, now lv,e retured line to Diawa.Dont you think that that a line 1370 mts for �7.99 is to cheap to be any good?.

i was going to suggest ringing diawa and sending it off to them as normally tackle manufactuers are very good when it comes to replacing tackle and their products.
Ive just looked and found a spool of diawa tournament monofil that i use for sea fishing, i think i use something different for coarse fishing. and yes 8 quid is'nt a budget line, you can pay more and you can pay a lot less but diawa should be a good quality line so im pretty sure it a manufacturing fault.
