Chimps are very intelligent creatures so why would they want to get involved in stupid fights!

If you ever watch Monkey World you would definitely go for the full grown chimpanzee, they have one called Paddy who is leader of a group and boy is he strong and powerful a wonderful specimen.

I believe they are about eight times stronger than a human. At Monkeyworld there are only a handful of people who are allowed in with the adult chimps. They are so powerful that even that animal Mike tyson wouldn't stand a chance with one. God I hate that man. I would love to see him up against a chimp.

Fell about laughing at that TB! No, chimps are very intelligent, but after about 4 year's old, you couldn't keep one as a pet. They're extremely strong, and become vicious.

I know IM, I was just trying to humour Q. Lol I went to zoo in Cornwall a few years ago and saw a little chimp that had been rescued after being chained to a toilet most of its life. Poor little thing - she seemed happy at the zoo though.

The chimps I have seen in zoo's sit around all day, while humans feed and clean up after them...I think they know exactly what they our doing, they don't even pay taxes!

When we go to bed at night they sit up playing chess and sudoku, in the morning they return to their less active roles of scratching themselves and flinging poo, they are one step up the chain from homosapien I tells you, not one of our ancestors!

Lol TB - that's OK - the second part was just agreeing with Excelsior. I know what you mean about the babies though. I saw the most beautiful baby orangutan at a zoo once, and although she looked happy, and was dragging a blanket about with her, I still felt sad that because of these beautiful creatures being hunted, and their homes fast disappearing, they're better off being caged.
