Not really a question as such. Are you birdy people aware of this. You might like to have a look at http://www.bto.org/birdatlas/
you can pick a tetrad (2km square) to survey twice a season or enter 'roving reports'. I have a 2km square which starts about a quarter mile from my house. Only just heard about it and signed up- hoping for a reasonable day over xmas so I can get my first survey done

I've just signed up, but I don't understand what it means, especially the abbreviations, so could do with a bit of help, please.
I already send in bird reports to my local recorder - is this the same thing? Feeling a bit thick at the moment, so see you tomorrow for more advice, if that's ok?
