Well I've got it arranged at last , Porsche goes to the vet for her operation on Wednesday morning . I now have to try not to get too worried .

i'm sure she'll be ok but i know you'll still worry. i was a bag of nerves when murph went in the have some teeth out. I think i drove the receptionist crazy phoning to see if she was ok (she was). we'll be here to keep you company x

Hello mamma, me and Jack are glad Porsche has an appointment, and I am told to tell you not to worry (!) I know it's hard, and no matter what anyone says, you'll be a bag of nerves.

If it's one of those ops where she goes in first thing, and comes out in the aft, 3 o' clock will never come round quick enough! She'll be full of waggles for you :) Give her a cuddle from me, and tell her how fab she is!

Hello and thankyou for your lovely posts smudge , leelapops , and tiggerblue . That's a very kind and reassuring meow from Milly smudge , and Porsche says woof in her gentle way . Leelapops she thanks you and Jack for the cuddle thankyou. Tiggerblue , yes it is natural for us pet owners to worry , and it's for the best that she gets it over and done before the lump gets worse as they would have trouble then finding enough skin to join up because it's on her lower thigh . :-)

So glad to hear that Porsche if finally getting that lump removed.
I know you will be on tenderhooks all day until you get her back, but she will be fine. You can then pamper her when gets home.

Did you say that she was a Lab? They are prone to lumps and bumps.

I am sure that wee Porsche will be fine - I prefer it when the vet manages to fit me in the next day as there is less time to worry.

Thankyou cruella and wolf , I rang this morning to ask about the fees and was pleased they put her in day after tomorrow so at least it's less time to worry anyway . Yes she is a labrador btw.. :-) xxx
