I got one the other week Grapey (hiya by the way- you well?) and my 3 yr old called him Chocolate, quite why when he's no brown on him no idea....but what can you do?

Ermmm, as for a name for yours.....ummm, errrrrr Cecil??
piano?
oldgrape - if your hammy is not of a nervous disposition, what about Starr.
Minstrel ! We had a black and white cat called Minstrel
Our hamster also black and white, who passed away on valentines day was called "Harry" is yours a bloke or a gal?

My son originally wanted to call ours Pringles.
Sosa (susan) for a girl
Chandi (alexander) for a boy
Minstrel
Bertie
Hammond
once again sir. prize, you have made me smile
moccha
Humbug
Ours was called Honey, but I wanted Twink after dinnerladies....
lol at sir.prize
I would go for something "hard" like Hercules (my son had a russian dwarf hamster called that). You could call him Spot or Rover. But please don't call him Fluffy or something hamster-like!
Oooo Humbug gets my vote- why didn't I think of that for mine? :-(
jillius gets my vote
!
zebbie, yay I like that x
Thanks folks !
Drucilla.

That's what my sister called hers.
