cat pooing indoor-help!

Hi, I moved house 6 month ago and take my cats with me. They become from outdoor cats to half indoor due to catflap, so they had free entry to kitchen only. (It is not proper shelter outside for winter) One of the cat get lost 3 month ago. My cat start pooing on kitchen floor in the corner, so every morning is a surprise there. Dont know, why she is not making poo on the garden (large), lliving in quiet location too??? Please help! Thanks
