Which mountain range is shrinking the fastest, and for that matter growing the fastest too?

Geological processes push up mountains, which then wear down with wind and rain. The youngest mountain ranges are therefore the highest, and are still "growing" -- Alps, Andes, Himalayas etc. Old ranges are low and rounded, and are shrinking -- Appalatians, Grampians etc. The fastest "shrinking" should therefore be where the rainfall is highest.
the fastest uplifting mountain range is the Southern Alps in New Zealand, fastest denudating (shrinkng) is parts of the Andes and Himalayas.
