Anyone watching channel 5 now or has read about him before in the news will know what I'm talking about!
I have read about him many times, and think its great what he does and can do.
But I dont think its right that he can no longer go on the beach and work due to the RNLI taking over the beach patrol from the council.
I hope some one agrees with me!
Surely if say a guide dog could go on the beach, then a dog that is trained to work on the beach and in the sea to save people should surely be allowed?
Not certain but I thought I saw some where that the the RNLI had decided to accept his assistance. It seems a shame to prevent him doing a job he enjoys and is good at, not counting the fact that the beach goers seemed like him being there.
I remember seeing the story on the bbc news site so searched for Bilbo and it was the last story that came up, so hopefully they just missed that then! :-)
