I have two guinea pigs which were my wife's pets.She passed away last week and since I am unable to look after them properly can anyone tell me of an organisation in the Nottingham area that can take them off my hands.

So sorry to hear of your loss.
Try here for lots of organisations in your area....Im sure one of them will be able to help. You could also try giving your local vet a ring or the RSPCA.

I believe there is a charity who deals specifically with rehoming or looking after pets whose owners have died - take a look at http://www.cinnamon.org.uk/
Oh dear giltbrookian what a situation for you,if your wife loved them don't you think you could manage them?.Anyway why not try your local animal shelter I am sure they will be able to help.So sorry for your sad loss.Time will heal, best wishes .g.
