Buy a buster collar
Agree with paddywak (they are also called Elizabethan Collars). Available from any vet in various sizes, but you have to make sure you get the right size and be prepared for your shins to get very bruised!! xx

She will then look like this ;o)

They get used to it very quickly actually Mirela. The one in the photo looks very sad doesn't she!? x
Im not suprised it looks sad. it cant lick its balls!
You can also get a padded collar which is less trouble than an elizabethan collar -

Sorry Grav, had to post a link!

I would get the vet to check why she is scratching in the first place and get some ointment or cream to put on it.

And yes, I am totally ignoring Grav's comments about licking balls.
Now you see him, now you don't ;o(

(I spotted him earlier on this thread Lankeela!)
He's obviously got too thin to be seen because he is on a diet.
just read this question.....if you dont fancy getting one of those collars then you could try this
when my mums cat hurt her ear she kept trying to scratch it...my mum diidnt want to get her one of those collars either so she put olive oil on her paw and she licked that instead and her ear healed up fine!!
