hi again mrs chappie well the castle was massive i cant remember how many rooms but i had a room to myself bear in mind i was only fourteen and a half but the maids had to make my bed put logs on my fire in the winter i remember that when them upstairs needed logs put on there fire i had to go up and do it i also had to iron the daily papers no creases were allowed i could write a book about what went on in these place better not could get into trouble all for now will tell you more later

well to me the only thing that was haunted was the butler who was english and he hated all scottish people so you can understand why i left but i got my own back i said before leaving to him do you know my father was at dunkirk and the was one of the first to go back to france while you sat in your wee hut in a munition factory you bloody coward so i left with my head held high
I really cannot understand why some English folk should dislike Scottish folk, or vice-versa.

Surely it's down to the people as individuals, as to whether you like 'em or not! I have some Scottish friends and I think they're great. I love the Scottish accent.

Tell ya danes -you haven have lived and got a tale to tell -wish i had -maybe once I hit the big 5 0 i'll go even madder and actually move to our house in Spain -after all we dont know whats afore us so live for the day.

Having a wee snifter? Im on the rose wine -not long in -my neighbour is really quite ill -sh'es 86 so we are on a rota of care to keep her out hospital BUT she isnt doing the neighbours who are caring for any good as when a GP comes in she acts the part -she quite simply doesnt want to give in -well I got hold of one of her daughters tonight and managed to 'whisper' the truth to her.So its in their hands now.
I am shattered so what are the 70odd other 2 feeling like -its a different form of nursing -I can work hard and it doesnt bother me but I feel as I am the youngest I have the main burden and I am seriously knacked.She has already been overdosed-seriously -so I have had to hide the medication as I dont trust anyone -despite the fact I have a timetable and tick sheet for each medicine made up.
Off to bed shortly -just back as well -so i can relieve the night shift -so thats the best part of my Sunday taken up -just wish she made it easier by telling the truth-aaaaaarrggghh !!

O BTW -was in Rekjavik last weekend and it was awesome !!
