Is it recent?
Has there been any changes to your dog's diet?
How old is the dog?
Is it drinking more/less than usual?
All these questions and perhaps more need to be considered, before any diagnosis could be made.
It would be best to get your dog checked out by a vet.
If your dog produces a poo about 10 to 15 mins after he eats and it is a normal poo, this is very, very normal. It won't be the food your dog has just eaten. The process of consuming a meal stimulates the system and often causes the need to poo. This is just not in dogs! I always let my dogs out after their meal and in nine out of ten cases they poo.
However, if it is runny poo that is a different matter and needs vet's advice.

Sammy, How sad for you and your Dad. Have you reported the puppy farm? She does sound a very poorly dog. It might be advisable to seek an opinion from another vet. If finance is a problem contact the PDSA or RSPCA. They do offer help. Meanwhile give her plenty of love and keep her warm and comfortable. Let her sleep a lot if that's what she wants, as sleep is a good healer. Chicken and rice is also very good for poorly dogs.
Puppy farms are so dreadful. It makes me cry just thinking about them.
Best wishes to you and don't give up with your dog. Hopefully, she will get better. I have rescued very sick dogs from animal homes and have mostly had lots of success.
