For any such sibs more than triplets it's the Latin root for that number, plus "-uplets". Quadr-, quint-, sext-, sept-, oct-, non-. Not sure above here: decuplets, deciplets or decaplets? Then undec-, duodec- etc.
We're well out of human territory here of course, but I do feel it's important to know how to address one's sow's piglets politely (if one had a sow, that is).
