Apologies for it not being a question, I shall ask one now so no one complains....

How old is your cat?

My cat is 8 in human years wonder how old that makes her in cat years....
And hes still a hansome boy!!!
My Caspar is only 16 months old...so still a frisky baby.

Mischief looks wonderful for his age....;-))
What a great looking cat, really distinguished whiskers. Not bad at all for his age.

Sally is 13years. She refused to speak to me last night as I had to take her to the vet for a routine check. She likes the vet but hates the journey, so she was punishing me for insubordination lol
Isn't Mischief a handsome lad. My Tansy, (a short-haired tortoiseshell female), is 21yrs old, which makes her 147yrs in human terms. At the present she is very well, her fur is in good condition, and despite having lost one eye in a road accident at 9 months old, together with a broken hip and back leg, she's the top cat around here. She keeps my two large tom-cats in order. She came to live with us three and half years ago, when my friend died, but having known her since she was a kitten she soon settled down, and now rules the roost. I wonder if she will catch up to Mischief one day. I hope so!!!
It's me again,
I just remembered seeing an article in the local newspaper some years ago, about two ginger tom-cat brothers, who lived at a hotel in Cheshire. They were brothers from the same litter, and were 26yrs old. The report in the paper was recording the death of one of the cats, and two weeks later the other cat passed away. The owners believed it was due to him pining for his brother. I remember seeing them both sitting on the garden wall outside the hotel, and they were really handsome cats. I thought reading the news, what a lovely long life they had. So at the moment it's looking like Mischief is the Champ!!!
Aww bless him.

My little moster is reckoned to be 2 though not completely sure as he was rescued.
Gosh, he dosent look that old! My cat is 18yrs old and does very well for her age. She dosent go out now very much(only for wee wee & the other). She eats & snores for England but i love her very much.
I don't think that cats show their age like dogs and humans do. Mischief doesn't look a day over three.

As long as they are fit and not too senile old cats can have a great life. My two are only about 3 and are just youngsters compared to Mischief. If I don't strangle them first they might live long lifes too.
Mickey and Rooney are brothers and they are 16 , Rastaz who adopted us 15 years ago and he would be about 2 1/2 to 3 years old when he came through the cat flap and stayed so he's getting on and grumpy with it, he's also the boss cat in our household and rules the dogs as well.
Hi eash, mine are both around 16 years of age and seem to be in pretty good health. Bandit and Ozzie are both rescue cats and were just over and just under a year old when I got them. Your post is comforting as I was starting to realise that they possibly would not be around for too much longer and this gives me comfort that perhaps they have another few years in them yet!!
Wolf I remember you posting to let us all know that you had just got your two monsters! Glad to hear that they are still causing you grief! They would not be proper cats if they were too well behaved or did not rule the roost!!
Cheers Sue
Mischief is now even more famous. There's a gorgeous large photo of him in today's Daily Mail. He doesn't look his age, and his fur looks pretty good, although the photo accessed from here said his fur was falling out. He's a cracker.
Do pure breds live as long as moggies? The farm cats around here seem to be indestructible by age ! We took one as a kitten and she lived to be 23 and her daughter made it to 22.
