Toilet Cat.

One of my cats sits on my knee when I'm on the toilet. Does any ABers cats do that?

Are you a gentlemen, hence may spend longer on said toilet than us ladies?

If so then it's probably a nice comfy lap where you will be sat still for a while lol :)

Just making the most of the fact you're sitting down and there's a lap available.

My cat only sits on the window sill in my bathroom and only when no one else is in there!

Mine's never sat on my knee but comes in the bathroom sometimes, more when I first got him and he was like my little shadow :)

He had a moment the other week when I was getting ready for bed and trying to do my face when he jumped in the bath and that obviously wasn't exciting enough so he jumped up and sat in the sink where I was trying to have a wash.

I'm female. My cat jumps on my lap almost immediately after I sit down. He knows I will get up very soon sometimes but he keeps doing it. Although sometimes I stay sitting for a while - just to have a nice commune with him.

I used to house sit for 2 cats and a labrador, every morning when I had a bath the cats would sit on the side of the bath, I can't remember how many times they fell in but they still came back for more! The lab used to come in and sit staring at the sink and it wasn't till the owner got back that she told me why, apparently he was waiting to have his teeth cleaned and she had forgotten to tell me, poor doggy.

Yup, mine does that. She HAS to go with me to the bathroom. She'll even get up from a snooze on the bed to follow me...She sits on my knee too, or on the edge of the bath. She runs out of the bathroom at the sound of the flush! lol

Ha ha! Our cat gets comfy and has a nap in my husbands jeans and pants while they're round his ankles when he's at the loo. He'd kill me for telling anyone. Good job none of you know us!!

Ha, I think my cat thinks my lap IS his bed! Sometimes I walk along holding him on, lol. He would be cuddled 24/7 if he could!

One of my little kittens used to do this every time I sat on the toilet, until one day I stood up and she jumped on at the same time and she ended up back legs right down the toilet. She hasn't done it since, bless her!

murph come in the bathroom with me, sits right in front of me but turns her back to me and studiously studies the shower door......

My rather disgusting cat sits and watches me while I do a poo sometimes!! He stands up against the toilet seat as if he's trying to watch! Honestly he does I'm not making it up.
Even worse when I've finished and flushed he immediately jumps on the seat and sniffs down the toilet! I've even seen him drinking the water after!
He is a strange creature!

I remember years ago with my first cat Polly.. I walked into the downstairs shower room for a quick wee and the cat was hovering over the toilet bowl and having a wee!!!!
Hilarious!!!

She didnt flush after though!!! shame!

I'm male, and as pointed out, probably spedn slightly more time than necessary in the smallest room of the houise.

One of our cats likes to climb into my jeans/boxer shorts and curl up until I'm finished!
